Andrew and his lovely better half from Itsa goal have been absolutely fantastic and accommodating. They delivered the posts personally all the way down in Braunston near Daventry (Northamptonshire), the guidance provided is excellent and communication really good all the way through the process. We had one slight issue with a cross bar weld breakage after the first season of use (it happens on hand built to order items such as these as D pillars on the first set were a little tight), but this was quickly and efficiently replaced by not just a new weld but a whole new cross bar which was delivered and they even helped to fit it with my partner David, so it was great. It now fits better than ever! With the Itsa goal goal posts we managed to win our first league title for 72 years in the Rugby and District Sunday Open Age League and also went on to win the cup double with a divisional cup. I have attached some photos of last years win and this years new kit sponsor in front of the goal posts (looking great).

The goal is at least 35+ years old! My neighbour kindly gave it to my football mad sons, and said she bought it for her sons when they were kids, they are now in their fifties! And has been used by her grandchildren also who are now grown up, so it’s continuing its life with us.

I am the chairman of Mudeford Phoenix Girls' F.C. in Dorset. We have previously bought moveable goals from Soccer Tackle over the last ten years. This year we have added a pair of 16 x 7 free standing aluminum roller goals and two pairs of 12 x 6 ITSA UPVC goals.We have found all of the items to be exceptionally well made. The roller goals are stored off pitch and are moved with ease. The 12 x 6 UPVC goals are brilliant. The nets are secured to both ends of the goal to put them together or collapse them for storage you only need to remove the cross bar and the back bar and the nets fold within the ends which is easy peasy and the parents love the fact it only takes a minute of their time to deal with this. This family run company have been brilliant throughout the time that we've known them . The admin and delivery has been spot on. Although slightly more expensive than other manufacturers I would ignore this and go for the exemplary service and quality and design of product. We have left the posting of this revue for three months so that we can give an accurate report based on dealings with the goals through the winter months.

A goal delivered well wrapped and packed with clear intsructions, the real test use. and 4 months on as new. The second test is when things go wrong ordered some extra pegs (very soft ground) and they were missing a couple contacted soccer tackle and no quibble by return they were delivered.... so all round excellent service and attached a photo in garden... my children are very happy with their goal and i am happy with its longevity.

Bought 8x6 plastic goal posts for my twin grandsons' 10th birthday.
Unfortunately on opening the box there were no instructions included.
I went onto the website found the instructions for the 8x6 plastic goal posts. There were two sets of instructions but downloaded the set that included the rugby post, didn't realise so thought there were items missing.
I phoned the company and John couldn't have been more helpful.
Even offering if there were pieces missing to deliver them himself.
After sending photos of the items we had it was confirmed we did have the correct pieces and John offered to talk me through the assembly process.
The posts are now assembled and my grandsons are very pleased.
It is not very often that you come across a company that is so customer friendly who really do go above and beyond in order to help, and I would not hesitate to recommend.
